The price you see is what you pay for registration. Take note that the price increases by $5 on July 15th. Hotel reservations and rates have their own payment requirements and are not controlled by Liberty Bell Roundup.
Due to hotel pre-planning and our payment obligations to the hotel, there will be NO refunds under any circumstances. However, if something comes up that prevents you from attending, you are free to transfer & sell your registration to someone else, but please be sure to notify us of this change so that we can make the necessary changes on our end.
If you choose the mail-in option, we require a personal or company check, versus a money order.
The reason we request a personal or company check rather than a money order is because the cancelled check will act as your receipt, and with a money order you will not be able to receive a cancelled copy after the fact. Once you have the cancelled copy available to you, please print it up and bring it with you to the event. For those of you that access your bank through online banking, copies of cancelled checks are usually available for viewing & printing once you log in and access your list of transactions.
When you purchase your reservation online, you will receive a confirmation from PayPal, as well as from our system to confirm your reservation.
Please be prepared to provide proof of identification to match with our records when you arrive at the event.
