PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW PRIOR TO PROCEEDING WITH PAYMENT
The 2018 Roundup requires that, anyone wishing to attend either the ice cream social and/or the banquet dinner MUST sign up at the same time they register for the event. We will NOT be offering signup for these two add-ons during the event this year. This is because we are required to provide the hotel with a final and accurate count prior to the event start.
ALSO, due to hotel pre-planning & guest count attendance requirements this time around, we will be unable to issue any refunds to paid registrants who are unable to attend the Roundup. However, those needing to cancel their attendance are welcome to transfer their registration to someone else and therefore be reimbursed by that person. In such cases, the original registrant MUST notify us with the name, badge name, email & city/state of the person who will be taking their spot by emailing us at email@example.com.
REFUND POLICY: Due to hotel pre-planning and our payment obligations to the hotel, there will be NO refunds under any circumstances. However, if something comes up that prevents you from attending, you are free to transfer & sell your registration to someone else, but please be sure to notify us of this change so that we can make the necessary changes on our end.

All registration prices will increase by $5 automatically starting on May 16, 2019. However, the cost of the banquet dinner and ice cream social will remain the same.
