About The Event
Due to the events surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and in the interest of our attendees' safety, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year's Liberty Bell Roundup. We hope that you have a safe and healthy summer. Check back again soon for details about our 2022 event!
Clarion Hotel PHL
Come join us in brotherly love at The Liberty Bell Roundup, an intimate weekend-long event in the unique "Woodstock of AA" format.
The Program of Action developed by Bill and Bob, our Traditions, the rich history of AA – with participation from Al-Anon – will be presented by some of the greatest orators from around the world.
Each speaker will share specifically on a step, tradition, or history, their decades of experience, strength, and hope, passing on experientially, the freedom they have found from alcoholic torture through the program of Alcoholics Anonymous.
Registration Is Open!
This year we're offering two methods of registration:
Register electronically using our online form, which offers a quick and secure payment process through PayPal using a credit/debit card or electronic check draft (a PayPal account is NOT required).
Mail-in registration by printing and completing the brief form and including it with a mailed check (your cancelled check will act as the receipt).

Registration cost prior to July 15th 2020 is $40 per person, increasing to $45 per person after that date lapses. Registration includes the following: 3-day prgram, all speakers, Friday pool party & BBQ and Saturday night DJ/dance! The optional ice cream social event ($10) and main banquet dinner ($35) must be purchased at the time of registration (signup will not be available for these activities during the event.
Seating reservations are only provided for those purchasing a full table of ten people – more information on that is available on the registration pages.

Some answers to important questions regarding Liberty Bell Roundup.
Are there any extra fees that I will have to pay on top of the listed price?
The price you see is what you pay for registration. Take note that the price increases by $5 on July 15th. Hotel reservations and rates have their own payment requirements and are not controlled by Liberty Bell Roundup.
What is your refund policy?
Due to hotel pre-planning and our payment obligations to the hotel, there will be NO refunds under any circumstances. However, if something comes up that prevents you from attending, you are free to transfer & your registration to someone else, but please be sure to notify us of this change so that we can make the necessary changes on our end.
Should I print a receipt to show upon arrival?
If you choose the mail-in option, we require a personal or company check, versus a money order.
The reason we request a personal or company check rather that a money order is because the cancelled check will act as your receipt, and with a money order, you will not be able to receive a cancelled copy after the fact. Once you have the cancelled copy available to you, please print it up and bring it with you to the event. For those of you that access your bank through online banking, copies of cancelled checks are usually available for viewing and printing once you log in and access your list of transactions.
When you purchase your reservation online, you will receive a confirmation from PayPal, as well as from our system to confirm your reservation. Please be prepared to provide proof of identification to match with our records when you arrive at the event.
What is included in each registration option?
There are four options to choose from:
- Registration Only – Includes access to all speaking events during the 3-day event.
- Registration + Ice Cream Social – Includes access to all speaking events during the 3-day event, plus entry to the Ice Cream Social, held on Night 1.
- Registration + Banquet Dinner – Includes access to all speaking events during the 3-day event, plus entry to the Banquet Dinner, held on Night 2.
- The Full Boat – Includes everything in the aforementioned list.
